Report a Bug
The easiest way to report a problem is from inside the app. Open Settings → Report a Bug and your email client will open with device and app information pre-filled. Describe what happened and send — we'll follow up.

Common Questions
Why isn't my target showing as available tonight?
Check your location and horizon clearance settings. If a target's maximum altitude in its direction is below your configured minimum, it will show as unavailable even if it rises. Tap the settings gear and review your directional altitudes.
The moon filter is hiding targets I want to see.
Use the moon filter toggle in Quick Picks to switch between Moon-free, Moon-limited, and No filter modes. You can also adjust moon phase and separation tolerances in Settings.
My custom location isn't being used.
Make sure the "Use Custom Location" toggle is enabled in Settings and that both latitude and longitude are entered as decimal degrees (e.g. 33.749 and -84.388).
